These terms govern the use of walkbystore.com and the purchase of goods from Walk By. 1. Orders. An order is confirmed only after payment is completed successfully. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment or stock issues. 2. Prices and payment. All prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed through the secure payment pages of Bank of Georgia or Flitt. 3. Shipping. Delivery terms and times are listed on the "Shipping & Returns" page. 4. Returns. Return conditions are listed on the "Shipping & Returns" page. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. 5. Liability. Walk By is not liable for minor differences in colour or texture between digital images and the physical product caused by screen calibration or photography conditions. 6. Intellectual property. Site content — images, text, logo — is the property of Walk By. Use without permission is prohibited. 7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. 8. Contact.
